 SFR-I钻井液用硅氟防塌润滑剂是引入硅氟聚合物的钻井液用润滑剂。该产品应用于油气田开发的钻井作业中，尤其对斜井、水平井、定向井有较强的润滑性，且兼具消泡效果，没毒、无气味，具有抗污染能力。

一、产品简介

● 降低钻杆扭矩，提高钻速，大幅度提高钻井效率；

● 降低摩阻系数，延长钻具使用寿命，减少粘附卡钻事故的发生；

● 尤其在不规则的井径以及定向井中，可以减少对钻杆的磨损；

● 显著改善钻井液滤饼的性质，使之渗透性大大降低，滤饼薄而韧，表面光滑；

● 降低界面张力，较低的使用浓度，较强的润滑效果，且维护周期为普通润滑剂的2

倍以上；

● 兼具良好的消泡效果，该添加剂配伍性好，可广泛应用于各种水基钻井液，推荐加量1.0~1.5%。

三、包装、运输及储存

本产品包装为塑料桶装，每桶净重50（±0.5%）kg，也可根据客户要求确定包装（特殊要求双方议定）。

本品不燃、不爆、没毒、无害，按非危险品运输管理。

产品在储存过程中应注意防泄漏、防冻。有效期为两年。

      本品避免与眼睛接触，否则用大量清水清洗。

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in plastic barrels with a net weight of 50 (± 0.5%) kg per barrel. The packaging can also be determined according to the customer's requirements (special requirements are agreed by both parties).

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

In the process of storage, the product should pay attention to anti leakage and anti freezing. It is valid for two years.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
